CNC Punched and Formed Spring Retard for the Digital Printing Industry
At Industrial Support Inc., we make custom manufacturing a flexible service that can handle the most demanding projects. In this project we were contracted to build a spring retard device.
We used our machining capabilities along with a stamping press to manufacture 4,000 spring retard devices. Each measured 13.85mm by 18.5mm by 8mm, and were manufactured to tolerances of ±0.04mm. Metal forming, metal fabrication, machining, assembly, and parts inspection processes were used during construction.
